Keepsake Keyrings — documentation for venues
Public liability insurance
Keepsake Keyrings holds public liability insurance for all weddings and events we attend. A copy of the certificate can be sent directly to your venue or coordinator on request — email keepsakekeyringsyork@gmail.com and we will forward it.
PAT testing and electrical safety
All electrical equipment we bring on site is portable appliance tested. Certificates can be supplied in advance for venues that require them as part of their supplier checks.
Venue supplier requirements
We are used to completing venue supplier paperwork, including risk assessments and method statements. Send us your venue's forms once your booking is confirmed and we will complete and return them directly.
