Information we collect
When you enquire or book, we collect your names, email address, phone number, wedding date and venue address. This information is used only to prepare your quote, manage your booking and contact you about your event. We do not sell or share it with third parties.
Photography and guest images
Photographs taken at your wedding are used to produce your keepsakes. Images are stored securely and deleted within 90 days of the event unless you have agreed to their use for marketing. You may ask us to delete images sooner at any time.
Marketing
We only send marketing messages if you have asked to receive them. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to remove you by emailing keepsakekeyringsyork@gmail.com.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email keepsakekeyringsyork@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
